2. Types of data processed

The Site does not directly collect personally identifiable data from users (such as name, surname, email or phone number), except where voluntarily provided by the user (e.g. via email contact). During browsing, web servers may generate technical logs containing IP address (retained for a maximum of 30 days for security purposes, then deleted), browser and device information, operating system, pages visited and aggregated site usage data.

3. Purposes of processing

Data is processed exclusively to ensure the correct functioning of the Site, perform aggregated and anonymous statistical analysis, improve content and user experience, and prevent abuse or technical issues.

4. Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for the operation, security and improvement of the Site.

5. Cookies and analytics tools

The Site does not use profiling cookies, tracking cookies or cookie-based advertising systems. Only strictly necessary technical cookies are used, which do not require prior consent. The Site uses a cookieless analytics tool (Umami) that does not use cookies, does not identify users and collects data exclusively in aggregated and anonymous form. No prior consent is required.

6. Server location

Data is processed on servers located in the European Union (Germany, Hetzner Online GmbH). No transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area are made by the Controller. Any extra-EEA transfers concern exclusively third-party sites reachable via affiliate or sponsored links, over which the Controller has no control.

7. Affiliate marketing

The Site participates in affiliate programmes (e.g. Awin, TradeDoubler). When a user clicks on an affiliate link, they are redirected to third-party sites that may use their own tracking technologies, cookies or analytics systems. The Controller has no control over such processing, which is carried out by independent third-party controllers. Users are invited to consult the respective privacy policies.

8. Advertising and sponsored content

The Site may host advertising or sponsored content managed directly with third-party advertisers, without the use of automated advertising networks or behavioural profiling systems by the Controller. Any performance measurements are carried out in aggregated form (e.g. total views or clicks) and do not involve the processing of personally identifiable data.

9. Data retention

Technical logs (IP): 30 days. Aggregated statistical data: indefinite (anonymous). Voluntary email communications: until the request is fulfilled.

10. User rights

Users may exercise at any time the rights provided under Arts. 15–22 GDPR, including access to their data, rectification or erasure, restriction or objection to processing, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. The Controller adopts appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data from unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure, including HTTPS/TLS protocols on all communications.
